Thats right...I have blog candy for you! Heather Rolin, owner of H&M Stamps has been so generous in giving us all a set to give away to our readers this week! In honor of the US and the armed forces who serve our country she is releasing 2 sets this month...Hoo-Rah and Hoo-Rah sentiments. All you have to do is 2 things: first leave me a comment on this post telling me who one of your heros is ...then (this step is optional) head over to Heather's blog for the full story on these sets and to see the details on the other fabulous stuff she has planned for this month...she is donating $5 for everyone who purchases both sets and is also taking donations.
Here's the set you can win...I will pick a number using random.org on the 10th...the day of the release...so you have untilmidnight EST on the 9th to enter!
This adorable set is called Celebrate the Day and was released back in May.
Thanks and Happy stamping! -Cyndi
My hero is my father - he had a hard life growing up. He tried hard to make sure his children didn't have to endure the things that he went through as a child. I admire him for that.

My mom is my hero. She died in 1974 when I was 14. (Breast Cancer) She took the time to instill in me values long before she knew she was dying--but when she found out she had cancer, she tried to prepare me for a life without a mom. It is too long of a story to go into here, but she still has an influence on decisions I make today. I love and miss her.

Hi Cyndi! My hero is my husband! His strength, determination, and generosity never cease to amaze me! He grew up with next to nothing and has struggled all of his life to achieve his dreams…teacher, principal, completing his doctoral degree, and he's still not finished! Next, he will begin his superintendent licensure when he returns home from phase four of BNOC Aug. 30th as a Sgt. 1st Class! (Mind you he didn’t leave me for a month without first taking me on a cruise to the Bahamas and spoiling me for five days straight! Wow!) But despite all of his schooling and all of his military training, he excels most at being a Dad. He LOVES our three kids to pieces . . . so the hardest part of serving in Iraq wasn't the dangerous convoy missions or the mortars, but missing the birthdays of the three most important little people in his life! He is stronger than anyone I have ever met and keeps me laughing at myself, my troubles and life in general. :) He IS a real life hero.

My Hero is my daughter who grew up after her Daddy died when she was 4 and after a neardeath bike accident at 12. She is now in college and soon to be a Mommy herself. I see the wonderful woman she has become and am very proud of her.

my husband is my hero. He is a Border Patrol Agent. I believe they don't get the credit they deserve. They all risk their lives everyday for their country also. Thanks for the chance to win. Jill,AZ

My mother is my hero. At age 88 she is a true example of how to age gracefully and is going out kicking up her heels. She goes to jazzercise 3-4 times a week (a registered class, not just for seniors) walks a mile in the morning around a neighboring park, and takes care of herself nutritionally. I want to be just like her when I grow up!! LOL!

My father is my hero. He has proved to me that you can do anything you put your mind to. He has always had expectactions for me that I never thought I could reach, but I always seem to! (much to my surprise!) I hope that I can teach my son all of life's valuable lessons that he taught me. As I type, he's riding his Harley with my mom (CRAZY kids, they are!) to Sturgis. He's still very young at heart and continues to live life to it's fullest.

My pastor is my hero. She's graceful, gentle, warm, has a terrific sense of humor and is one of the most intelligent people I've ever met. She's also a happily married wife and devoted mother of two. She amazes me!

I would say my husband is my hero, he works very hard at work everyday and never fails to help me out around the house or work extra jobs when we need some extra money. He is so full of energy I can't keep up with him. He is a wonderful father and husband. Thank you for reminding me to take a little time to realize how important he is to me.
