OK, so a bit more school themed today!  I got this fun new  Stampendous set the other day, its called "School for Changito".  There are a ton of adorable images in the set and I just couldn't resist it!

Thought I would make a card for Michael's teachers.  what do you do at the beginning of school?  Just a thanks I guess!

Paper is from the School DCWV stack.  I  used some buttons from my stash and my round tab punch (SU!)  Nothing fancy for this card, just some bright fun colors:)

First day of school!

Yipee!  The kiddos are almost all back to school, so mommy has a few minutes to herself again!!  So I am doing what I want for a few...having a coffee and catching up on blogging!

I wanted to start the day off with an end of summer kind of card, but I have posted all that I made, so you guys are getting an early touch of Halloween instead.

This is Witchy Bella, from Stamping Bella.  I made this card for a sample for Enchanted Cottage.  Papers are from Heidi Grace.  The sentiment and spiderweb corners were stamped with the Unity set "Trick or Treat Peeps".

Betty Bombshell

I have a card for you today as well :)  I finally caught the nasty cold going through my house and it has done me in this weekend.  Luckily I stamped this last week so I can share something today.

Betty is from Stamping Bella, that I picked up from Enchanted Cottage.  She is colored with copics to match this fun new paper we got in from My Mind's Eye.  The feeling groovy sentiment I cut in half so that I could make it more round and less long or place the 2 words where I like :O

Betty's wings are highlighted with white Smooch, and the background was airbrushed with my ABS-180.

SFYTT: Phoebe

Before this and my last post, I can't even tell you the last time I did a challenge!  I have missed these :)  Jen del Muro's are some of my favorite sketches so I started back with her latest sketch challenge this week.  You can see the sketch HERE at her blog.

I used my new Phoebe Ketto (by Stamping Bella) that I got from Enchanted Cottage.  She's been colored with copics to match this fun paper from Fiskars that I found in the back room.  I added a touch of Grungeboard and colored it with Sugarberry Smooch!  Its a bit bright, but it really glimmers!!

Neverland

Happy Sunday!  This is an image that I colored weeks ago and never made into a card.  But I just had an urge to finish it today :)

I used this weeks Farm Fresh Friday sketch from The Greeting Farm's blog.  Wendy is from the set Never Ever by The Greeting Farm.  She is colored with copics to match this gorgeous paper from K & Co...and then airbrushed inside the nestie frame.

The flowers were misted with Glimmer Mist to give them some shimmer and then tied atop a silk ribbon bow.  The circle elements in the corners are the Blossom die flower from spellbinders, cut then embossed with a Impressibilites screen over the die.  I then inked the raised flowers with a cats eye pad...but its very faint and almost impossible to see in the photo.

I wanted to share a cute pic from our recent Florida trip.  This is so typical of my kids...Perry HATES to have his picture taken, and also "hates" hugs, so everybody gangs up on him :)

Just Saying Hello!

Hello!  I am finally back after a week in Florida, a day of laundry all the way down the hall, back to work and 2 house showings yesterday.  Whew. 

I am ready to stamp!  Lots of fun new things I got at the CHA super show but no time to play!  This is a card I made a few weeks back for work and never posted.

Its from a Hero Arts set that I got at Enchanted Cottage called Birds and Branches.  Are they just too cute or what??  The birdies are colored with copics, then cut out and popped up on a copic-airbrushed piece cut from a Spellbinders die.

Flowers are also a Spellbinders die, cut, embossed, then airbrushed with copics and dotted with white gel pen.  I hope to find some stamping time today and tomorrow so check back in!
