Club Anime Color Challenge

This months color challenge at the Club Anime Blog is an assortment of Christmas colors.  My colors are just a bit off, but this was the best I could come up with to match and still like the final product!  I used papers from Bo Bunny's St Nick collection and Dotted cardstocks and Sandy is colored in to match.

Sandy is available over at InStyle Stamps.  Isn't she absolutely adorable?!!  I added a bit of Polar White Flower Soft to the fur on her hat.  Ribbon is also by Bo Bunny.  The sentiment is from the set "Merry Messages" from Stampendous. 

My computer/printer connection has been acting up the last week or so and since I was running pretty last minute I kept the card simple, BUT I did manage to sneak in 2 cards!  The next one isn't for the challenge but I was just in the mood to do something with the cute Kitty-Cat image!

Kitty-Cat is also available from InStyle Stamps.  Mine is digi, so I blew it up quite a bit :)  The sentiment is from a different Stampendous set, this one is from "Festive Fluffles".  Papers for this card are from the Colorful Christmas collection by My Minds Eye.

Tilda Under Mistletoe

I am stuck at home today with a sick little one.  He came back from school not 2 hours after having left.  Urgh.  Not only am I not at work today, but I have to sneak off to do anything at home too.  After watching Nickelodeon  all morning he wants me to watch him play Xbox now.   So much for productivity. 

But I do have a card for you...More Tilda today!  I got the privilege of coloring tons of new Magnolia images for Enchanted Cottage  and making them into samples...so you will see a lot of Tilda!  This is Tilda under Mistletoe.  She is colored with copic markers and then I went back over the reds and her golden hair with Metallic rubons from Craf-T Products.  They are meant to be rubbed-on but I colored with them using a blending stump.  It ends up looking a lot like Twinkling H2Os without curling up the paper!

The background paper is also by Magnolia.  This paper is simply gorgeous...really heavy-weight and textured.  The sentiment is from a set called Merry Messages by Stampendous...I adore this font!!  Ok, so thats about it.  Have a great day and thanks for visiting!  -Cyndi

Skatin' by to say hi!

Hey to all my readers and visitors!  Happy hump day!  Some of you may have noticed that I started a Blogger blog as well and I am trying to slowly get it ready to do the big change.  Cause hey, its FREE!! 

So, in the meantime I will do my posts in both spots while I get all the little details ready.  But, in the meantime.  You can continue to follow me here at Typepad or you can go ahead and switch over to my new blog...The Scrappychick...and start following me there!  I will try to remind you all again a few times to change your bookmark!

In the meantime, on to why you are actually here!  This is Rooco Skate, one of the new winter images from Stampendous.  I just adore their newest addition to the animal family at Stampendous!  He is paired with a sentiment also by Stampendous.  I got both of mine on cling rubber at Enchanted Cottage.

Rooco is colored with copics, of course...what else is there, right?  I think my blending/coloring is getting way better!  (I have been checking out more tutorials which have changed up the way I approach my coloring from how I was taught at certification.)

Deck the Halls

Check out Fluffles...this is how I feel today.  Fluffles has been working too hard and is simply exhausted.  But the good news is, our Sweet 16th Anniversary celebration week at Enchanted Cottage is over after tomorrow, then we go to Florida next week!  I am sooo ready for my vacation :)

This was one of the cards for my Stampendous Christmas card class at the Cottage today.  It is "Fluffles Garland".  The images were colored with copics to match the fun paper from Basic Grey...Eskimo Kisses.  The border punch at the bottom is by EK Success.  On my finished sample I added loose glitter to the ornaments and it is way cute, but I had already taken the picture, oopps.

Jingle Bells, Fluffles smells...

A little fluffles humor for you today.  This is 3x the fluffles for 3x the "fun".  Just like the 3 cats in my house.  Lots of fun, LOL.  I just with one of my 3 cats actually liked to be held.  Humph.

Joyful Angel

(I can't remember if I posted this one yet or not.  I thought I did, but when I scroll back I don't see it.  Guess not. )  Anyway this card is made with "Joyful Note Angel" by Stampendous.  She is one of the cards for my Christmas cards class at the Cottage.

Nothing elaborate.  But the angel is stamped and colored with copics.  I did a bit of airbrushing with E50 so that my white copic paper is now Vanilla :)  She is cut out with Labels 4 Nestabilites (from Spellbinders) as is the sentiment.I am going to be quick today because I have a lunch date with Denise!  Haven't seen her in weeks :(  So, toodles....happy Tuesday...please say hi!   -Cyndi

Stampendous Glittery Flowers and Blog Candy!

Its Saturday night and I am watching GI Joe for the 3rd time this week!  and no, my 6 year old son isn't twisting my arm...I love it too!  But I am a bit A.D.D. so I need to do something else at the same time :)  So here are a couple of cards for you.  I made these back over the summer when I was doing the Glitter/Aceteate tutorial for Stampendous.

I realized that these 2 never went on the blog so I am adding them today.  The first is with Mum Messages by Stampendous, using Marigold and Tigerlily glitters.   The pattern paper is from K & Co.

The next one uses the Big Blossom set from Stampendous.  This is the set that I have to give away to you today... I ended up with an extra set!  I also have 3 small bottles of the ultra fine ultra awesome glitter by Stampendous.

Scrappy Sunday (well, now its Monday)

Okay chicas, I am bombarding you with a ton of layouts today...none with pics though, sorry.  These are all from classes at Enchanted Cottage or for my peeps in Hickory.

First up, Spooky layout featuring My Minds Eye "Boo to You".  Die cut letters are BossKut ; spiderweb punch is Martha Stewart.

Next up, from the same class is "pick of the Patch", uses same papers, also die cut letters "Metro" from QuicKutz; border punch by EK Success, and some dew drops.

This one was from this month, the first of the boy layouts.  Papers are also from My Minds Eye, Abbey Road Collection.  Title piece was die cut with Spellbinders' Labels 1 Nestie, stamped with Doodle Alphabet LC from Stampendous, then colored with copics.  Same border punch from EK Success.  Brads and buttons are also My Minds Eye.

Other boy layout...same paper collection, circles are cut with Ek Success Curvy Cutter.

Short Stacks

A quick post for you before I head into work.  I am next door at the coffee shop savoring my Cinnabon Latte and yummy pumpkin muffin.  Looks like the cold weather is finally going to hit us head on.  'Bout time!

Here is a quick card I whipped up with the new "Short Stacks" clear set from Stampendous.  It has the most adorable combo of heads and bodies to mix and match for a bit of winter fun!  I paired these two with papers from My Minds Eye (Colorful  Christmas collection), added a bit of flocking (also by Stampendous) andsome gems.  The snowflakes were cut out with the Snowflakes 2 die from Spellbinders.

One for all

Arrrrgh matey!  This cute Changito was part of the new clear stamp combo of Stampendous Changito images for Halloween...called Changito Treato.   He's all decked out in his pirate gear to match the cute paper from My Mind's Eye Boo to You collection.

BTW, did you notice the new designer button on the top corner of my blog?  I was asked to help design for the new January catalog for Stampendous!  How cool!!  Everything is all top secret right now, but I will have much to show you from them at a future date!  But you know how much I love my Fluffles and Changito...we got in a huge new order of the holiday releases at work so I picked up quite a few!!

Changito is colored with copics then airbrushed while still in the Spellbinders label die (same treatment for the sentiment)  I added some new Halloween dew drops (love these cause they are opaque!) and a but of Bo Bunny ribbon.  The layout is based on Jen del Muro's SFYTT from last week.OK, bedtime for me!  I have a big day tomorrow, I'll tell you about it later :)

Turkey? What Turkey?

This image totally cracks me up.  I mean, I love Fluffles, but this one just takes the cake.  Reminds me of Garfield scarfing down a whole lasagna.  So Fluffles is orange in honor of Garfield.  The images is "Fluffles Turkey" by Stampendous...one of this year's  newest holiday releases.

I made this card for Enchanted Cottage using papers from the Traveler collection by Little Yellow Bicycle.  The layout is based loosely on this weeks Mojo Monday sketch.   Fluffles is colored with copics then cut with a Labels 2 Nestabiltie from Spellbinders, then airbrushed while still in the die with my ABS1.

Fang-tastic Changito

Here is a new Changito for you...this is Fangtastic Changito, now available in a new Clear set "Changito Treato" by Stampendous.  Simple card for you today.  I have been busy with lots of other stuff, sorry!

The background paper is from the Basic Grey "Eerie" collection, the ribbon is May Arts.  Changito was colored with Copics, then I added a bit of Lavender glitter from Stampendous using my Quickie Glue pen.  Corner punch is by Martha Stewart.

Fluffles' Brew

OH dear, no matter how I try not to get behind on blogging again it keeps happening!  I have just been working too many hours I guess.

I do have a card that I made for work a couple of weeks back using one of my favorite Fluffles' images.  This one is called "Fluffles Brew" by Stampendous.  Maybe its just because I colored her orange?  Don't know but I adore this stamp!

Fluffles is stamped and colored in with my Copic markers then cut out with Labels 4 Nestabilities.  The shimmery purple cs is Bazzill bling!  The printed papers are  from Heidi Grace and the black cs was cuttlebugged with the spiderweb folder from last years LE releases.

I am off to put my munchkin to bed and back to reading my book!  Have a great night and thanks for visiting!

Thinking of you today

Happy Wednesday!  I am off to work in a minute but wanted to post something quick for you, so here you go.

This is a card I made for a Copic class that I am teaching at Enchanted Cottage.  The background was airbrushed with ABS1 over a Spellbinders Impressabilities stencil.  The flower panel is stamped wth "Mum Messages" from Stampendous.   (Sentiment is from the same set)

I've been asked a lot at demos if you can color on acetate...well sure you can!  But then when people ask what to stamp with I have to say Staz-On.  But THEN the question arises that you should never use Staz-On with copics...so... It was stamped with Staz On on acetate, then I flipped it over to the back to color with my copic markers.  Tada!  The colors don't really blend so much as produce a neat stained glass effect.

I also stamped the border from this set at the bottom of the card base and colored directly on the textured Bazzill with my copics and they worked just fine there too!

OK, so a bit more school themed today!  I got this fun new  Stampendous set the other day, its called "School for Changito".  There are a ton of adorable images in the set and I just couldn't resist it!

Thought I would make a card for Michael's teachers.  what do you do at the beginning of school?  Just a thanks I guess!

Paper is from the School DCWV stack.  I  used some buttons from my stash and my round tab punch (SU!)  Nothing fancy for this card, just some bright fun colors:)

Fun in the Sun

Greetings from sunny Florida!  It has been an insane week around the house with all the hours worked getting ready for the Stamp & Scrap EXPO at work!  I feel like I haven't stamped or blogged in ages...sorry!

But, a quick post today while I am waiting for the hubby to get ready to head to the pool.  Here is a quickie layout that I created with some new Stampendous stamps:)  Fun in the Sun and the journaling stamp (I forgot to write it down and I am in the hotel, sorry)  This is a pic of my little guy from about 5 summers ago!

Paper is Snorkel line from Cosmo Cricket...ribbon is May Arts, buttons by SU! and Basic Grey.

I may post a bit more this week in the downtime...hoping to sneak a minute to get to the customer CHA show this weekend!

Fun in the Sun

I was in Michael's the other day and guess what?  they had new Stampendous stamps...so of course I couldn't resist!!

The beach chair is from a new set called "Fun in the sun".  Too cute!  I stamped it 3 times and colored them with my copics with fun summery colors then mounted the image on some Happy Trails K & Co paper.  Perfecto...nice & simple and thats it!  Sentiment is from another Stampendous set..."Mum Messages".

We are crazy busy over at Enchanted Cottage this week getting ready for the Stamp & Scrap EXPO this weekend so I haven't had a ton of stamping time :(  But we are getting some cool stuff in the store!)

I am going to leave you with one more fun card this morning.  This is cling "Changito Scuba" and he is swimming in the vase from "Shapely Vases"  (both also from Stampendous).  He is such a hoot.

Papers are from the Cosmo Cricket Snorkeling line.  The sentiment is from "Two You"  (Stampendous).

Let it Rain!

Don't know about you, but I am ready for some rain!  It is just too stinkin' hot for my blood!  So...here is Changito for you, out playing in the rain :)

This is "Changito Slicker", from Stampendous.  I absolutely adore this image!  One of my favorite ever Changitos :)  He (she)  is colored in to match some of the "Girl Friday" paper line from Cosmo Cricket. 

The flowers were created with a Spellbinders die, airbrushed with my copics, then I added dots with my white pen.  (Idea from Tori Wild of Wild Sprinkles).  Turned out totally cool!   so then I had to add some matching white dots to part of Changito's outfit of course!

OK, off to run errands then we get to see the new Harry Potter this afternoon!  Yippee!!!

Happy 4th Stampendous Style

Happy 4th of July to all of my American friends!  This is a combo of a couple of different Stampendous stamps.  (BTW, did you notice that I was the guest stamper on the Stampendous Impressions blog a couple of days back??  Hehe)

The bees are a cling stamp called Bee Trio.  I decked them out in patriotic colors then added a sign to ones hand with a piece from "Freedom Cupcakes" a cling set.  Its popped up with a couple of dimensionals.  The background on the red layer is stamped with a background stamp from the same "Freedom Cupcakes" set in StazOn white, but it wasn't dark enough for me so I went over the image with my Signo uni-ball white pen.

The flower is also dotted with the same pen to add a bit of somun' somun' to it too.  The bees wings are covered with white ultrafine pearl glitter (also by Stampendous) and the antenae are dotted with Christmas red stickles  (I need some red glitter I guess)

Stampendous Glitters with Acetate Tutorial

Glitter & Acetate Tutorial

1.     Gather all the supplies you will need. 

Stamps, Acetate sheets, stazOn pad (& cleaner), glitter, glue & lots of scrap paper!  I used Stampendous Glitters for this sample in pearl Lavender, pearl Mint Green, and pearl Melon.  I also used Sunny Flowers Stampendous  stamps.

2.    You will want to use a StazOn pad for this technique so that you get a good impression on the acetate.  Make sure your pad is really inky!  The acetate will stick to your stamp so be sure to gently peel it off so that you don’t smear the image.  If your image is too wet, simply blot it off on some scrap paper.  Don’t forget to use the StazOn cleaner to clean your clear stamps immediately since acrylic stamps do not like solvent inks!  I clean mine then rinse them in a bowl of warm water with  a bit of dish soap to get the cleaner off too!

3.    Flip the image over, you will be applying the glitter to the back side of where you stamped  (This way you can still see the black lines clearly when its done)  You want to do one section at a time with the glitters.  The glue will dry enough to work with additional colors within a few minutes, but I will skip adjacent sections, then come back to them after a bit of drying time.  Apply your glue sparingly, but be sure to cover every bit of open space within the section of the image you are working on.  Do a small section at a time. Also, You will want to go all the way up to or even onto the black lines, as the glue will shrink in a bit after it is dry.  (I used PVA glue by Kay Kraft, that was what was recommended to me and it dries pretty fast…about 4 hours to total hard-as-a-rock dry…and dries clear.  Other glues such as Aleene’s or Crystal Effects should be fine, but dry time may differ)

4.    When you add the glitter, overcoat the image.  (Do this over a scrap sheet of paper so that later you can funnel it back into your container).  I will then lightly press with my fingers on top of the glitter so that I am sure its adhered.  Then shake and tap off the excess.  Don’t be afraid, it won’t fall off!

A   5.  After your area is glittered you can clean it up a bit by brushing the surrounding areas off with a flat brush  (Don’t get too close to the glitter yet…)  Also you can use a flat rounded object to scooch the glitter back into the lines if you went out a bit (you need to do this while its still wet!)

 

 

6.    Keep moving to the next area until the image is complete.  Let the image dry completely before trying to trim the acetate.  Also once the image is really dry you can run that same brush all around the acetate, even up next to the glittered  areas to really clean it up.  Total dry time will vary, but you will know its done when you can see the glitter color clearly through the other side.  (It will appear white until dry) And once its hard you know its done!

That’s the basics!  All you have to do is complete the card…now you try one! Here are some of the samples that I created.

This is the card that I finished using the piece for the tutorial.  The pale  green (Melon) is a bit hard to see (its in the center around the purple dots), but if I tilt the card to see the color, the flash hits the acetate wrong and creates a glare.  Hmmm.

I cut the acetate piece to a small rectangle, then mounted that on a piece of Salt Dotted Swiss Bazzill (The image is glued on to glitter parts so that it doesn't show through.

I also stamped, glittered and cut out 2 separate leaves on scrap acetate then stuck them behind the flower image.

 

One more sample for you today.  This one uses the same flower image from Sunny Flowers by Stampendous.  I used Stampendous Tigerlily and Sunflower  pearl glitters for this one.  After the image was dry I added black glitter to the front of the piece on the dots for added interest.

The background paper is Bo Bunny from the Love Shack collection.  I stamped some flowers over the corners from a different Stampendous set...Jumbo Flower... then also added black glitter to the centers of those.

Stampendous Rocks!!

OK, so do you remember when I posted a couple of weeks back my glitter/acetate cards from a class that I taught?  Well, I received a comment from Laura Weed over at Stampendous thanking me for featuring their glitters.  Eeekkk!  Well, I emailed her back and said I would really feature my favorite  glitters and some Stampendous images on a tutorial.  And guess what??  She sent me a big box of fabulous Stampendous goodies!!  Thanks you!! 

So, I finally have my tutorial ready to go but wanted to do a separate post telling you all how much I love Stampendous  (you know from previous posts... the cute Changito monkey, Fluffles the cat, and Chickies....there are sooooo many more cute images, I just can't afford to buy them all)

So here is a peekie at a card I made using this technique.   Tuturial will follow in the next few days...so check back!!

I used Mum Messages clear stamps from Stampendous.  The image is stamped on Acetate with Staz On and glittered on the back with Stampendous pearlized glitters in white and Rose.  The acetate is mounted directly onto the pattern paper (from K & co) with some brads in the corners.  Tag is part of a Ribbon tag nestabilitie, I just cut off one end.

Some Rileys and Hanna

  I noticed Hanna Stamps was having a call for guest DTs for the next few months so I thought, why not?  Here's a few of my cards :)   (Link for the call is below)

This is Garden Riley Moose (actually I made him into Sophie Moose with the shocking pink gardening boots, snort!  I pulled my colors from this wild and funky paper from K & Co that I got at Michael's.  The background for the card is a piece of Core'dinations so the back is different than the front...so that means when its folded the inside becomes a different color.  Cool, huh?  So I let a bit of the inside show through by cutting off part of the top.  Sentiment is from Unity (but it was in with the wrong kit so I'm not sure which its from???).

Next up is Hammock Riley Moose.  He cracks me up...just hanging out with nothing better to do all day!   I have closeups below and you can see I added some green Smooch to the palm trees and Riley was stamped twice and popped up so he's really "swinging" from the Hammock.

At the bottom I placed the sentiment (from A Muse) over a couple of punches including one section of a new EK Success border punch.

Finally I added a bunch of loose Stampendous glitter to the card...both on top of the brad and then along the bottom of the top panel.

Life's Uncertain

OK, back as promised with blog candy winner... Random.org picked #16...Pamela C!  Pamela email me with your snail mail and I'll get the package out to you!

Next up...here's a bit of Fluffles humor for you.  The sentiment reads "Life's uncertain...eat dessert FIRST!"  Bwaaahaha!  I just love this cat.  He reminds me of all my 3 cats and their antics, but mostly of my little stupid cat Starbuck.  (Not named for coffee but for the pilot from Battlestar)

Fluffles is from Stampendous.  Although we carry them at the shop (Enchanted Cottage) we don't have a huge selection, so this one I got from Betty.  Its one of those nifty cool cling mount stamps (unmounted but with the image on the reverse so you can really SEE where it will stamp!)

The image is all one stamp, so then I cut it out with my coluzzle so I could maintain the tail...can't be cutting out Fluffles' tail.  Its colored with copics, then I added glitter to the ballon and cake and candles.  I am totally in love with this Stampendous glitter that I bought for my glitter & acetate card class!  These 2 colors are from the Pearl glitter collection...shimmery yet not overly sparkly.  Just yummy.

That awesome border at the bottom was done with a new EK border punch that embosses too... this piece was actually cut from the throwawy white strip at the bottom of a sheet of pp...DUH!

ok, now on to this weeks Summer Reading recommendation...

How about the best humor you have ever read, throw in some gory murders, off-the-wall characters, and just enough sexual tension to keep you reading just one more chapter.  Try Janet Evanovitch's Stephanie Plum series...first in the series is "One for the Money".  I have been reading these books for years and unfortunately hold all other humor writers to her huge standards.  There are over a dozen of these to keep you reading for a couple of weeks at least, LOL.  BUT, warning...lots of language in these babies...so be prepared.

Glitter & Acetate class samples

Here's the first of the 3 cards. For this technique you are stamping right on the acetate and then adding one color of loose ultra-fine glitter at a time to the acetate.  I love the colors on this card!!  I used Stampendous Glitters for this one and 2 of my Nestabilites shapes (labels 3 and scallop Circles)  The background glitter paper is also totally yummy!!

 

2 nd card up uses a Coneflower stamp from Artful Stamper.  I also used the Stampendous glitters on this one.  Sentiment is from A Muse.

I didn't take a pic of the other card.  (oops I forgot)  But Its straight from the Northwoods Butterfly board from February...by popular request.

Father's Day Changitos

A couple of quickie cards for you today...both with new Changitos!  I made these cards for Enchanted Cottage...for upcoming Father's Day ideas.

First up I used Changito Driver and Drive me Happy (both by Stampendous).  The paper is new Grease Monkey by Bo Bunny.  Main panels were cut with spellbinders Labels 2 dies.

Next is Changito Piggyback (also by Stampendous)  I used the Pick me up sentiment inside (which I forgot to take a pic of before I left it at work, duh!)  for this one I used more of the newest Bo Bunny papers, this collection is called You Bug Me!

Brads and buttons from both cards are Basic Grey.  Sentiment for this card is Great Impressions.

Lauren's sketches!

Good morning!  I have 2 cards for you today...and they are very different so scroll down to see them both!!

Both use sketches from Lauren Meader...she is having a "My Time to create"  team call...and I love her sketches, so why not enter, right?  Plus shes changing her weekly sketches to add on an inspiration challenge, my timeless template challenge and more...how fun!  You can see the first post about her call and the sketches to pick from HERE.

First up is a card using a brand new set (to me at least) from Clear Art Stamps.  I have always wanted to cave and buy some of their images and Betty is carrying them in her store so its really hard to resist when they are right in front of you!

These images are from "Fairyland"...a large size set (their sets come in 3 sizes) with tons of gorgeous whimsical images!  This little beauty is colored in to match the gorgeous Zinnia paper from Little Yellow Bicycle.

Sentiment stamp and flourish used in upper right corner are from the same CAS set.

Heres a closeup lookie-loo at her so you can see all the glitter I added.  She's colored with copics (then touched up with Prismacolor pencils on top to really add some gorgeous pigmentation) and then I finished her off with some sparkle using my Spica glitter pens.  My favorite part of her is how pretty her silver hair turned out.

For the background circles I got to use my new Impressabilities by Spellbinders.  Beautiful embossing!  I used the Flowers stencil.  Here's a closeup of that part:

After I ran the cs through my Cuttlebug with the Impressabilites Stencil I inked the raised part with a chalk cats eye.  I tried sanding it first, but the look was really off for the card...but sanding will work great too!

On top of the ribbon I attached a prima flower with a brad.  didn't have the right color so I inked it up a bit with the same cats eye pad.  Here's the copics I used for this card, and the supplies are listed below.

My second entry is from another of Lauren's sketches.  For this one I used Scuba Changito by Stampendous.  I think I am developing a serious Changito addiction.  He is just too stinkin' cute!

He's colored to match the brand-spankin new Lime Rickey papers from Basic Grey...LOVE them!!   I stamped him once and doodled a border around the panel.  Then for the small elements on the sketch I stamped the same little fishy from the big image 3 more times and punched it out.  (My elements are a bit off from the sketch, but hey, I have to interpret a sketch to fit my image, or mood, right??)

Here's a closeup at Changito's fishy friends.  I added a bunch of glitter with Spica pens to each of these babies too.   These elements are all raised on dimensionals.

The sentiment for the card is from H & M Stamps...its been die cut with a Spellbinders tag die.

 ARe you guys visual like me?  Does it help to have the photos of the markers or a list of the numbers for color combos?  I kinda like when bloggers show the photo for some reason.  Maybe its just that I love color, or am I just a dork??

Ladybug Fluffles

Good evening.  Still in the lovely city of Greenville...just happens to be Pirate Fest weekend so there are people and parties everywhere!

Perry did very well for his first competition today.  He placed 2nd of the 3 candidates that were chosen to go.  He was thrilled with that and glad to have the first one over with.  The organ he played on was absolutely incredible.

On to the card...more Fluffles for you today.  Another card that I made for work.  I used up some more of the old Bo Bunny Valentines paper that I had used for a different project.   I love the red, pink and turquoise with the black!

Nothing special about this card...but at least I had some saved up to post while I'm away this weekend!  I have had time to color some images so hopefully I can put some stuff together when I get home tomorrow:)

Bea Fluffles

  Hola Chickies!  I have a couple of Changitos for you today :)  This adroable paper from Piggy Tales came into work a couple of weeks ago and I have been dying to create something with it...well, look what showed up last week...some Rainy Day fun Changitos!  Oh yeah!!

The first card is using Row, Changito, Row from Stampendous.  (BTW, does Changito's friend have a name??)  I colored them in with copics and added a bit of stickles to the "river" and to the umbrella boat.  The layout for the card is based on the sketch from this weeks Friday Sketchers blog...I just kinda flipped it backwards.
